Dr. Akhil Reddy on the Nature of a Successful Practice

Dr. Akhil Reddy is a practicing dentist. He is one of the doctors at MB2 Dental Solutions which is a network that creates the opportunities for dentists to connect as well as to work in many parts of the United States of America.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Akhil Reddy has come a long way. His journey started in Texan town of Lubbock. As a kid, he practiced sports, and he developed a passion for doing things hands-on. Later Dr. Akhil Reddy became a part of the Red Cross as he also developed a strong passion for helping people. That led him into medicine. Dr. Akhil Redd chose to study and graduate in dentistry with the vision of opening a private dental practice after his graduation.

Dr. Akhil Reddy was accepted at the University of the Pacific. In spite of his young age, he was accepted for the Accelerated Dental Program. Dr. Akhil Reddy finished his education with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. After that, he decided to pursue a doctorate as well and so Dr. Akhil Reddy earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He was only at the age of 23 which is a few years younger than most people.

After he had completed his studies, Dr. Akhil Reddy started a private dental practice in Dallas, Texas. After a decade of practice, Dr. Akhil Reddy expanded his business. He started providing dental services to patients who needed a different type of duty than what he had been providing up until that point. That made his business more inclusive and helped it grow immensely. MB2 Dental Solutions recognized Dr. Akhil Reddy, and that is how he became apart of the company. While Dr. Akhil Reddy is a dentist, he also does consulting work at the MB2 Dental.

Dr. Akhil Reddy believes that one has to fail in order to succeed. After graduation, it took a while before v had his first patient. He had also to sell his practice at a loss before he managed to make it work in the direction he wanted it to go. Along the way, Dr. Akhil Reddy has learned many lessons about life and business alike.

Dr. Akhil Reddy advises people who are starting out in their own business or practice to always listen to what your employees have to say. People make businesses work and so they need to be a huge focus.
